Fused Glass And Jewelry Classes

When I'm not creating, I'm teaching! I've been running glass classes since 2016. I currently host fused glass classes at many locations around the NYC and Long Island area, including programs at the Queens, Brooklyn and Great Neck Libraries, Hudson Guild, SNAP, Young Israel, SAGE, Encore, Alzheimer's Foundation and Alley Pond Environmental Center.

I also do private events. Some recent private classes include one I did at Congregation Ahavas Yisroel Shul in Queens that had 50 students; I also did a smaller house party with seven students.

My classes are typically 1-2 hours and give students the chance to create a variety of fused glass projects. I mainly work with seniors of every level and ability, but my programs are open to everyone.

FEES: Classes start at $100 for private lessons with 1-2 people; however, the price increases with more participants and the type of projects students wish to do. Most larger classes are about $30 per person. My fee accounts for materials, labor and transportation. Because I'm cutting and firing pieces, I have a lot of "homework." Most students complete four or five pieces in a session.
